Fairy to Scary to Boney modern tales yes still timeless lessons and cautionary tales to be found within.  As these Dimensions and Realms change,  so do the stories, but not the wisdom that underpins them all.

After falling through the fog for what seems far longer than possible, I awoke in a strange bog. This mist, as thick as pea soup, is like a miniature thunderstorm, flashing with blue electricity.   Strange whispers echo, ebbing and flowing all around me (or is it just in my mind?). Glowing eyes of strange creatures appear and disappear in the swirling tendrils. I fade in and out of consciousness or in and out existence itself.
