Once upon an alternative dimension, there lived a beautiful young girl, nick-named Doll Onion. This is because she was as beautiful as Doll and Onion on account that she made all the boys cry. Her real name was Paulette or some such.
Whenever suitors would come a knockin’, she’d sent them a packin’ – often in tears either of disappointment or of pain if they wouldn’t take ‘No way, José!’ for an answer, and had to remind them with short, sharp kick a little north of the knees around the vicinity of the valley of the family jewels. Either way, both Doll and Onion were well earned nicknames, all though, sometimes ‘Jewel Crusher’ was also very appropriate.
After a long, tiring day of rejecting a dozen kissy-kissy suitors and a and a half-dozen marriage proposals, Doll decided she needed a change of scenery. A journey perhaps…something to relieve the boredom. So she slipped out of her room early one morning, mounted her horse and took off for the wild frontier in search of adventure, fame (not of the Rejecting Suitor Variety) and fortune.
